Commercial Quotation/Inside Sales AND Inside Sales Position Now Open - Two Positions Now Available
We are looking for a detailed oriented and highly motivated customer service representative who believes "the customer is king" and knows how to handle critical customer needs. Customer service is the center hub of our firm and excellence in customer service is what separates us from the competition! We continually strive to take service to the next level.
Please have 3+ years experience in quoting commercial plumbing projects including fixtures, drains and master mixing valves. (For inside sales position opening, no experience is required just a willingness to learn, be enthusiastic and excel at customer service!)
You will be handling day to day interaction with customers personally. You will be responsible for developing solutions for customers over the phone and quoting commercial plumbing projects in the MD, DC, DE and VA territory. This is a perfect position for someone who can handle high call volume, has industry experience and can think on their feet!
